More About Me

Steve, a native of New York who moved to Salt Lake City in 1982, was first drawn to Utah for the mountain experience, as well as the University of Utah. An avid outdoorsman, he ran a successful specialty sporting goods outlet for 10 years before launching his career in real estate. Steve has sold, lived in and/or owned properties in Harvard/Yale, Capitol Hill, The Avenues, Liberty Park, U of U, Holladay and Sugar House areas. His extensive experiences in purchasing, selling and investment properties have given Steve first-hand knowledge of business transactions and property management, and ensures his desire to create a seamless and fruitful experience for his clients. Steve has established a niche market assisting veterans navigate the complexities of VA purchases. His love of the outdoors has enabled him to sell various resort properties in Park City, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, and Ogden Valley (Powder Mountain and Snowbasin Resorts).

Having owned and managed many investment properties, Steve understands cash flow, capital appreciation and management strategies.

When he's not helping clients, Steve enjoys snowboarding, skate skiing, biking, and spending time with his family, friends, and pets.
